From simple extensions to a gas-fired power station, we have done it all.
We will guide you through the process from the initial design to the completion of your project.
Domestic
Single storey extension, loft conversion, bi-fold doors, garden office, new build dwelling, two storey extension, roof terrace, timber decking, dormer windows, first floor extension (more than once actually), apartment block, subdivision, refurbishment, barn conversion, internal alterations.
Non-Domestic.
Convenience store, public house, restaurant, bagpipe factory (just once), fish monger, football pavilion, gas-fired power station, hotel, office, rental lodges.
License (including Airbnb).
We have been involved with alcohol license drawings from the start. Often working alongside Glasgow’s top Licensing Solicitors from Nairn to Melrose, we have surveyed all manor of premises. There is nothing too small or too large for us.
More recently, we have been involved in providing License drawings for Airbnb properties as the regulations have evolved.
